Lol what you called collective wisdom is actually an appeal for collective impotence - it is saying that the people are not strong enough to topple a democratically elected leader if he gets a third term or even a fourth term. Have some basic confidence in Indian polity and dont demonise the Indian people just be ause their political choices do not align with yours...
