@peri sivanandam. Every minister has individual rights to exercise and propagate his religion just like any other Indian citizen. He need not find special time out of his ministers schedule for this because his individual rights supercede his ministerial duties. But you want french secularism for the hindutva bjp and some other logic for everyone else...

Where does UP come in year on year economic growth, development of road infrastructure, implementation of nal se jal schemes, input of fdi,fpi, acquisition of new land for building industries in electronics defence etc. Look at these rankings, both public and private. Look at the NRCB stats and reduction of crime in UP under yogi. Then you might understand why people reelected yogi despite your political prejudices and biases.

@PK-tt5kk look at per capita in 1947 too, look at literacy rate in 1947, look at access to sea, whether the region was directly administered by british during colonial times or was it protected by any king. Also look at year on year growth.
