  1. ​ @antonyjohnpeter549  if the religious nature of a particular place resides with the deity in perpetuity, then that means 1947 is no true marker for its true religious nature. Perpetuity extends as much in to the past as the future and justice that is blind to history is no justice at all. If the caste dynamics can be challenged and reformed post 1947 then the religious dynamics can also be challenged. To say that reforming one is hala while touching the other is haram goes against the principle of fair treatment under the law ..
