  4.  @swakshatra  if society faces a problem that luve in relationships are leading to violence against women where bodies are being chopped to pieces and stuffed into suitcases, then to extend the protection of the state to such citizens you have to inform the govt when you want to be in a live in relationship. I think there is still workarounds to this law - i.e. you can still be in a relationship without living together. This law doesnt prohibit hookup culture either.
