Comments by "Stephen Jon" (@stephenjon3502) on "Sadiq Khan SUED by major company over ULEZ - Mayor could be forced to hand back over £6m in fines" video.
Because up don’t live there. Do I expect to vote for the Mayor in your town? No.

What are you on about? If you live at a greater London address then you get to vote in the mayoral elections. Does democracy only apply if it coincides with what’s rolling around in your head? 😂
3
Not as much as the tories
2
@PaulineParks London has been sold off bit by bit, not by Khan but the conservative government. Over 50% of all the premium buildings now owned by Qatar.
2
Was that on Facebook? Must be true then..
2
Why not drive in and out of London several times a week for 2 months. Come back and let us all know how you get on with the non payment. If you stop paying your council tax as well you could post from Wandsworth ✊️

What about Johnson?
1
@martynblackburn9632 Yea ok mate😂
1
@martynblackburn9632 How is it democratic that despite working my nuts off for 36 years my retirement plans have been made much more awkward by a small percentage of the country that were either at the end of their lives and don’t go anywhere or xenophobes that hate everything foreign except when it suits?

And where was their deputy born Linda?
1
You are right hannah. ULEZ was a tory invention and he’s had to take the blame for the extension despite it being a condition that the then transport sec ( Schapps ) imposed on him for bailing out TFL after Covid. Obviously the GBN gaslighting is working on the thick.
1
@HarkyOfficial Shocking news. The crime figures are skyrocketing.

As Dawn Penn said - No No No
1
@sapperRE You can vote another load of posh toffs that don’t give a shite about the working class or health service but I won’t be. Just don’t grumble when you have to take out an expensive health plan to keep Tice/Habibs mates in their big boats and when Tice steps down you can have a Pakistani PM…😂
1
@georgebirkett9389 I’m voting BNP as they promised to repatriate us all back to the sunshine. I told them as long as they give me full asking price for my gaff and business class for the flight home i will go tomorrow. 🤞🏻
1
So khans now responsible for the price of oil?😂
1
@Reverend-Rodger How did they “ get us involved” ? Do you actually think any PM would have had a choice in helping their no 1 allies especially after the yanks got involved in WW2. I would have more to say over sending nearly 300 people to die over an island 8000 miles away for a few penguins was a complete waste of time.
1
Yea, vote for Reform whose deputy is from ……..
1
Think you are looking at old figures as what you are saying is not long after the pandemic when the tube was essentially closed for nearly a year plus the added cost of the Elizabeth line which was over 4 years behind schedule. Generated revenue from 22/23 was reported to be over 4 billion. Do you think regardless of political party politics that central government would actually allow something so important as London tube system to close due to bankruptcy? Not really a vote winner me thinks.
1
No mention of the tories getting shot of 21,000 fully trained up plod, 9,000 of those in the capital. Johnson then closed 65 police front desks when he was building 50million quid invisible bridges and zip lining across the olympic stadium. Each copper costs £59,000 to train, now multiply that by the 20,000 new ones that the tories brought in to replace the 21,000 they got rid of in the first place. Apparently it’s all Corbyns fault. Keep believing geoffrey🖖🏻

They are.
1
You’ve been gaslit stevie. The expansion was a condition of the Tory transport sec giving more money to keep the tube running after Covid. Ulez is a Tory invention and so is the expansion. If you actually think Hall would scrap it then maybe you believed voting for Brexit would stop immigrants coming here, no vat on fuel and everyone being richer…. Give your head a wobble.
1
You are right on one thing though - be VERY careful in who you vote for.
1
How do you deport someone that was born in England?
1
Then they just changed the name
1
@Reverend-Rodger And when was Brown in charge? Last week, year or decade? What’s next? Brown/Blair responsible for the pandemic😂
1
@paulineashcroft1485 And what’s the answer? Vote for Hall ? She can’t even look after her Oyster card.
1
@fredericksaxton3991 Anyone who lives in a Greater London borough is allowed to vote for the mayor Frederick. The ULEZ expansion was a condition by the then transport sec ( Schapps ) for bailing out tfl/tube after covid. Ulez from inception was a tory idea. Now they are using it ( alongside brainwashing channels like this one ) for political point scoring. The same would go for housing, immigration, the NHS and leaving the EU in that it would all be far worse if Labour was in charge even though this tory government have been the worst in history. You will also notice that commentators on GBN will blame Khan for crime figures yet forget to mention who got rid of all the trained police over a 6 year period and who closed 65 police front desks….
1
@paulnolan1352 Looks like the poster is a Reform supporter. Thats the reason.
1
@Gary-le7dz Please don’t quote facts Gary as the Sun readers all think it will be worse under Labour.
1
@PaulineParks And reform will just make the NHS fully privatised.
1
No it shouldn’t. I wouldn’t expect to be voting for the mayor of Leeds etc It’s got fk all to do with anyone who doesn’t live in a Greater London Borough. Look what happened when we gave northerners the vote in the referendum - they all voted thinking that immigration would be stopped and the country would be richer. That went well didn’t it?😂
1
@martynblackburn9632 Not really. I didn’t get any say in where my 40% taxes were spent. Nor do I get any refund after the xenophobes and bigots that voted to make the rest of us poorer and our future plans in retirement that bit more awkward. That’s life.
