  1. Simple Simon. Please stop lying. No train driver is on 59k per annum. It's 64 plus triple time for Sunday working. It's people like you that get others wound up because they didn't study hard enough at school. No wonder the country is in such a mess.

  2. Entropy. You are talking nonsense. The only rail staff that were paid thru furlough were managers and office staff. All core workers from stations to trains were required to book on and work on reduced rostas throughout covid unlike those 11.7 m who got free money to sit in their gardens.

  5.  @entropy5431  The strikes are to do with 2900 compulsory redundancies, changes in working conditions, using own motor vehicles to drive to site, reduction in training AND a pay cut. Let me know when you need some proper info.
