Went in one once to get a coffee at 10.30am whilst i waited for my eldest to have an entrance test at a nearby school. It was full of alcoholics that were on their 3rd of the day. Never again despite all my patriotic builder mates asking me to go for a pint. I prefer the village pub. More expensive and no pissheads.

@rfurdaylee Well done. You helped make the rich even richer whilst the normal man and woman on the street are poorer. Drs & dentists waiting lists are at an all time high and our supposed sovereign borders are invaded by record numbers from the Middle east as we can no longer send anyone back to the last safe country they came from as now we are a third country. Even your cult leader Farage has said its a complete mess. At least you can congratulate yourself with that nice new blue passport now printed in poland and help make 260 people from a British company that has been going 180 plus years enjoy the freedom of movement to the doll office👏

Your comment is akin to the fishermen in Cornwall who sells 90% of their haul to Europe complaining about the added costs of trading. Do you still blame Labour for the last 13 years of shit as well? 🍩

With an Irish passport no doubt so no loss of FoM….

Best comment on here but you are dealing with cult like fans/ people. Let's just keep giving the rich titles and keep doffin our caps.

@steptay Agreed. Still waiting to see these fruit picking jobs at £30 an hour🙏

@richardgallagher4880 Brexit has worked so well for the Irish. That paddy passport is worth much more than our blue made in Poland one now….
1
@richardgallagher4880 Were you celebrating when ours hit a 4 decade high? Maybe you think it’s all good now? Perhaps you have applied for your paddy passport too? And wtf has the spring offensive got to do with the cost of living now? 🍩

@richardgallagher4880 Coping fine. Retired 4 years ago @ 51😊

@carysparkes Dick the paddy thinks using a country at war is a good example of being in the EU. Maybe all the furingers arriving in record numbers thru our super sovereign protected & controlled borders has muddled his confused noggin.

@mikeg2939 Good food? That would be a personal opinion. I’d rather eat in my local pub that cooks everything to order. I can understand why some people go there though but having tried one once didn’t rate it. Personally I would rather pay more money and keep my local in business rather than a huge chain. Used to have 10 pubs in my old manor but thanks to places like spoons there was only one left open. I liken it to people complaining about local or village butchers, greengrocers etc closing down but not realising that going to big supermarkets out of town is the reason why they are all closing! Hypocritical patriots??
1
@mikeg2939 Yes Mike, I would rather go to the boozer less and pay more for better quality and knowing that I’m keeping a one off local pub open and people in a job. Same goes for buying my meat / fruit n veg either at farms, a butcher or from the market. I find it funny that people class themselves as patriotic then vote to make farmers business harder and then go to huge supermarkets then waving a Union Jack and flying abroad for all their holidays.

@steptay Now he wants workers from abroad to come back over. He could have furloughed all his staff rather than sacking them.
1
@richardgallagher4880 Maybe a pint of Murree…
1
Try telling that to anyone that used to work in a village boozer. I would rather pay more and get better food and drink and keep a good old fashioned village pub going than going to some soulless chain any day.

It's called making it up as you go along. Most brexiteers are hypocrites.

No need. With the BoE saying it’s a 50/50 chance that we avoid a recession and the forecast for zero growth in 24 it’s already happened. I know 7 people who lost their jobs thanks to Brexit, my Mrs being one of them. If you think Brexit’s benefitted the UK go and stand at Dovers beaches when the weather is calm and take a look who’s arriving. The only thing I’m praying for is the Tories having a May election and them fking off. Even the Brexit cult leader Farage has said it’s been a shambles, just a pity he doesn’t do as promised and leave using his still attained FoM..

It's all Corbyns fault, and the EU.

@yorkshiremgtow1773 My Good friend closed one of his businesses down thanks to the extra costs of bringing computer parts over from Europe. This was after his accountant told him that at his current rate it would cost him an extra 12k each month to run the company. This had a knock on effect to another of his companies which in turn put 7 people on the dole. My Mrs lost her job when her company moved that part of operations to Budapest as it was again more cost effective for operating costs. 260 Brits lost their job when the government gave the contract to print our new sovereign passports to a company in the EU. I could go on but with you patriots unless it effects something in your life you don’t really care about anything because you refuse to believe that the referendum has held back the UK. Maybe when the government starts moving loads of arabs into your area because we can’t no longer send anyone back to anywhere you might realise it was a mistake. Who knows?

@rfurdaylee You voted for Brexit. You can’t be a patriot.
