  2. ⁠ @Marti_Rayne You are correct in one thing and that migration is a problem everywhere but comparing other countries to where you live does not change what’s happening here. I’ve accepted Brexit but when you point out to people the real reason for our woes they just won’t accept it and do what you’ve just done and compare or blame other countries. In the grand scheme of things the UK doesn’t take anywhere near what other countries take in.

I suggest you do, they aren’t happy with shorting the pound numerous times but now want their hands on our health system to get everyone on American style insurance schemes. Don’t believe me? Go to your NHS dentist ( if you can get one) and try and get any dentistry on the NHS. That’s phase 1 . The hospitals will be next. Not sure what planet you live on but Brexit has knackered this country and taken away our rights and made our everyday goods far more expensive. People have lost their jobs thanks to it and the “controlling borders” was all nonsense. I suppose with a surname like yours you still have your freedom of movement and healthcare in Europe unlike the rest of us that wanted to keep it but didn’t have a choice…..

Why on earth would anyone want shot of their human rights? As for immigration, if only there was a process of returning anyone who didn’t have the means to support themselves or have employment already set up otherwise they would be sent back within 3 months.   25.  @Marti_Rayne I disagree and so do the official figures. You have proven my point, you can’t keep blaming everyone else for making the UK have third country status. That’s the reason why the 1.2 million have made their way here because they know we cannot legally send them back to anywhere. None of them are “illegal” yet that’s all you hear of because 2/3 rds of the country have been gaslit by the media. Look at the clip and see the MP talking about getting shot of the ECHR - madness. It’s just rhetoric that seems to trigger something in people.
