Do you think that a local council is responsible for something that really should be sorted at a national level? Central government control the money.

You are unfortunately concentrating on one thing and one thing only. No mention of the Right wing nonces within EDL/BNP etc. And there hardly ever is. Please provide some citations of grooming gangs still operating and why a particular council in that area is complicit in them operating. I await your answers..
