  7.  @matthewbaker2573 How do the residents face a 10% rise when the legal limit without a referendum is a maximum of 4.99% for councils with social care or 2.99% without ? Do you not realise that the money comes from central government so Labour councils won’t get a fair rub of the green with a Tory government controlling the purse strings. Maybe you could put some form of citation to show the 10% from. The Sun/Mail/Express or Facebook don’t count…

Better still buy a tank and have a drive around the counties roads, hopefully the axles will stay in place….
