@grannytakesatrip1128 unfortunately, they are classing themselves as seeking asylum so we are obliged to process them accordingly. That means they aren’t “illegal “ until they have been refused asylum. (6 months behind currently) Of course we had rights to send them back to the first safe country before. That was when we were in the EU.😂

We can’t no longer send anyone applying for asylum back to the first, second or tenth safe country as we ain’t no longer in the EU and those rules no longer apply. I know this, my dog knows this. How comes a so called qualified barrister doesn’t? All she does is just spout nonsense which winds up the silly people…
