@johnlegend3218 In a nutshell Brexit John. You still see lots of comments on safe countries. This no longer applies to the UK as we are now a third country which is deemed safe. The main reason so many are coming here. Just goes to show that people voting for Brexit either didn’t know what it entailed or were so gaslit they were easily led.

@kaywhy245 Tony Blair allowed workers from the A8 countries to come here and work, mainly doing jobs that us Brits won’t or can’t do. A small percentage came here to claim but the taxes and contributions the rest paid into the UKs coffers were FOUR times more what their country men and women took out. You ain’t gonna get £30 an hour to pick fruit n veg or serve coffee or clean trains at night time so let’s drop the complete bollox of them holding any Brits back eh? A far cry from today with the deluded voting for a Brexit that only made us a third country with NO way of sending anyone back to anywhere as the safe country rules no longer apply to us. Well done - JHB and her “ patriots “ are all to blame.

@kaywhy245 Me too, unfortunately the people that voted for Brexit mainly voted that way because they were lied to and couldn’t see it. We had full use of the Dublin agreement when we were in the EU but now we don’t hence why they are coming in record numbers. A decade plus of being wound up by a right wing press all owned by billionaires that don’t live in the UK and don’t pay what they should had the most to gain. Check the video on the night after Brexit where Crispin Odey made 500m on shorting the pound, these people are seen by some as patriots. Couldn’t be further from the truth. Reesmogg is another one. Bring it right down to RW agitators such as Tommy 5 names who also told all his supporters to vote for Brexit who then went out and got a paddy passport so he didn’t lose his FoM and who now apparently lives in Spain. Anyone with a fully functioning brain could see what was going to happen and now it’s too late. JHB calls us that voted to remain - remoaners when it’s the Brexit supporters that haven’t stopped moaning, mainly about boats or that the EU isn’t playing ball. Madness.

@alanbone5512 An undemocratic company run by extremely wealthy people that don’t care about the working class. The pensioners in this country can’t be seen as patriots as they voted to make the UK poorer. Of course most ( not all ) are mortgage free and sorted so they don’t really care about anything apart from the triple lock and their own pockets.

@ChrisAndCats You are confusing Blairs reforms to the A8 countries which joined the EU to the current influx of asylum seekers we have today. If you check the records the Tories have allowed far more in than Labour did and this that came in under Blair were here to work not claim asylum. The truth is it's the gaslit people that made things worse by voting for Brexit. The UK now being a third country.
