@iansimandl1064 Nice one. Mr hitmans got the hump as he works 12 hour shifts in a foundry. I think he also voted for Brexit which means he will soon have his hours increased to 15 a day for no extra pay. Some people will never learn.

@johnwoods7650 Oh. That's Mick Lynch. His pay is well documented as everyone and their dog has spoken about what he earns. If you are concerned about peoples wages have a butchers at the Network rail bosses salary and bonuses.

You do realise that all thru covid train drivers and rail staff got paid because unlike office staff/bankers/ managers etc they ALL went to work. Just goes to prove that some people are so gullible they soak up all the RW crap peddled by the usual MPs and crappy news outlets. Smh...

Great bit of editing Reg. How would you " send in a robot driver " to a stalled train bearing in mind there will be a long queue stacked behind that train.

@regsidebottom3177 There's no service tunnels on the Underground. A few disused stations on various lines but that's it. You would be a driver to rectify the defect or move the train in RM ( restricted manual ) mode.

@darrenkeep9865 Mick Lynch will be OK as he will no doubt have an Irish passport that gives him and his family FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT AND FREE HEALTHCARE IN EUROPE. He has more rights than any born and bred Englishman. Same goes for dual nationals and those with settled status. Just a shame that those desperate to get rid of brown people / furingers can't go to the back of any queue for healthcare and also pay extra for everything seeing as that's what you wanted all in the name of some sovereignty bollox which we never lost anyway.
