I should be able to be open and honest and say "Hey, I like you, I'm not sure if you like me, I want to move forward but I want to wait until you're ready for that, so use your words and tell me when you're ready for that, make that move, we're at your pace here". If that's a problem move to one of the four billion women in line behind her.

  11. 8:30 ABSOLUTELY, I've had FAR more women argue against and even shame me for wanting to use protection, and I won't NOT use it. Even had women try the "but I have plan B, right here!" and it's like that's NOT helping your case lol, I'm pro-protection because I was an accidental teenage pregnancy and, being an 80s baby we're abortion survivors by default. It's insane to me, I grew up in the 80s/90s during AIDS, we were always told men, you wrap up or you don't bang, if you don't you'll DIE.

  17. As an adopted accidental teenage pregnancy, with 6 sisters, I'd literally, actually slap any of my sisters that told me that across the face. When you've LIVED being a commodity as a baby instead of a person, exploiting a child, and whole LIFE like that triggers the fuck out of me. I can't imagine facing that niece or nephew. I'm not sure I could lie to them about it, my parents lying to me about being adopted ruined all trust for me for life, I'd probably have to tell them the truth, as damaging as I myself know that would be to them.
