  1. Did you actually read your comment before you posted it, as it doesn't actually make sense? Most plumbers and electricians do not hand, or hope to hand, their busnesses on to the next generation. Nor are they expected to sell some of their tools and equipment should they try.

  5. 'Normal' citizens don't pay, usually, pay inheritance tax. Moreover, the land the farmers farm is of little value to them unless they give up farming and sell it, which it seems in the main they do not wish to do.
