  4. Presumably, Jeremy Hunt is completely ignorant of the concept of 'Equality in Death' which has been followed since the end of WW1? Or is he simply following the time dishonoured tradition of appeasement?

  5.  @djdoolittle1315  The problem is that the principle behind war memorials since WW1 has always been one of Equality in Death. Who gave Hunt the authority to alter this time honoured tradition?
