  1. Don't be silly. Fisher resigned as First Sea Lord in May, 1915, over a year before Jutland. The foolish stacking of propellant around turrets was brought about by David Beatty, and applied to the Battlecruiser fleet only. The practice was not found in the Grand Fleet, or in the 5th Battle Squadron, which was attached to Beatty's fleet at Jutland.
