Yes he will. The British system of governance has been described, correctly, as an elective dictatorship. With around 33.7% of the actual vote, equating to around one in five of those eligible to vote in the UK, the Dear Leader has a huge majority. For so long as his MPs continue to troop mindlessly through the voting lobbies (and, for £91,000 per year, expenses which are effectively unlimited, and the opportunity to make lots of 'contacts' who wouldn't?) he is untouchable, whatever the irrelevant 'little people' and their petitions might hope.
