  14.  @robderich8533  I do see clearly. I have read Solzhenitsyn for one thing, so I am well aware how evil the Soviet system was. My point which everyone is missing, is that the hate is in you. It is poison to hate, only you are affected. On the other hand you take action against evil and injustice, quite rightly, without being poisoned.

I am outraged and appalled by the evil acts and attitudes of the Russians. But I don’t hate all Russians, I hate the bad ones, like I hate other bad people. But I am careful to protect myself from the equal and opposite reaction, if you get my drift.

Yes be angry, in the right way at the right person, etc I too am angry and following the war daily but I am not allowing it to distort me. There is a meme: Being angry is like taking poison and waiting for the other person to die.
