  3. I can not believe the US military do not have knowledge of what the Ukraine authorities are doing. For a start the CIA and other NATO intel agencies would know and pass this to the military. I suspect this is a story to cover themselves IF Ukraine use chemical weapons or similar. It is called "PLAUSABLE DENIABILITY" to cover themselves. The reality is the US Military are inside Ukraine assisting the Ukraine authorities in all sorts of ways. They have at least one base in west Ukraine I have heard and read. Regards.
