  2.  @TexanRibs4312  In our globalization there is no chance for Russia nor China to attack the EU with military forces. Those times are long gone for European countries to fight on their own ground. And as long as the EU exists those times will never return. There are much more important things as a chancellor to worry about than an invasion of Russia.

  3. There is absolutely no need for Germany to have an army when it comes to defending itself. Troops are only being sent out to assist other countries outside the EU, like Israel or Afghanistan for example.
