  11.  @nare8888  When we're looking at it long-termed I think that obesity is more dangerous and kills more people than traffic accident due to alcohol. But I still wouldn't ban any of it. I believe in personal choice. When you consume responsibly there is nothing wrong. Banning those things would be unfair to those people who who how to properly consume. And the US already tried to ban alcohol. It didn't turn out good.

  12. It's a personal choice. If you drink responsible there nothing wrong with it. But if you want to ban alcohol then be consequent and ban sugary drinks, unhealthy food and while we're at it everything else that is bad for you.

Let's say I'm a serial killer but I only killed 9 people who wronged me in the past and now I'm done with it. I won't kill anyone else. I say that killer should be in prison for his crimes but your logic says that serial killer should be free because he's not a danger anymore.

If she really didn't want to hurt anyone then she shouldn't have driven while being drunk. It was a conscious and deliberate decision to put innocents in danger.
