  16.  @Williamfattyfoulke261  Wellington was good at defense. He could never win against Napoleon. He knew it, Napoleon knew it, everyone knew it. Wining was never the intention. He couldn't win even though had had much more men than Napoleon. His purpose was to hold on as long as possible until the Prussians arrive. And it worked. So saying the British won at Waterloo is just wrong. The British could have never won without Prussia.
