Trump's entire term in office was one of chaos, the final 18 months were omnishambolic and ruinous. The economic conditions experienced by the American people which you allude to, were simultaneously experienced by the people of every other developed country on Earth. They were inevitable and the American people would have experienced them regardless of who were POTUS. However, the Biden administration's handling of the economy and its performance during that unfortunate period is the envy of the developed world. The figures are quickly and easily checked. It's beyond magical thinking to believe somehow Trump would have somehow managed to spare the US from that worldwide inflationary period. If you think things have been bad under Biden, if Trump is re-elected [which is becoming less likely with every day that passes] and he enacts his economic polices, you've seen nothing yet! His proposed universal 60-100%+ import tariffs will have an immediate and catastrophic effect on the US economy, causing inflation to spike to truly unprecedented levels.
