When I was young, the local police knew exactly who the local trouble makers were...now the police dont care about whats happening in society...and why should they?....the courts just let the scum out again to reoffend. The 'I have mental problems or I'm black from a shit country' card should be thrown out. What happened to the punishment should fit the crime?.

  2.  @rapscallion9333  The goverment has been trying to keep the problem of sudanese gangs quiet for to long. So hopefully something may start to be done about the pathetic justice system,,wether it be sudanese gangs, or anyone who claims mental problems and keeps re-offending.
