Chris, if the voice was just recognizing indigenous in the constitution, most people wouldent careless. But its more like putting a political committee into the constitution that cant be removed. Are not ALL australians covered under the present constitution?.

@After_Pasta First peoples make up 3% of the population, and theres 11 of them in parliament.

@After_Pasta RE...so these 11 people represent the first nation people and not the area that elected them?<Are they first peoples or not?. Are they not capable of speaking out on issues other than those in the area of the people that elected them?.

@EL_Duderino68 RE....So what difference do you think this will make to your life? You seem pretty passionate about it.< It has the potential to help Leftists turn australia into a WOKE Communist republic. Why is there need of a Voice, when there are already numerous committees. including the 'National Indigenous Australians Agency'', which is pretty much what the proposed Voice committee already is?. As going by their Websight, under 'our vision', Aboriginal and torres straight islander peoples are heard, recognized, and empowered. Albo's Voice is a smokescreen for Leftists to get their hands on the constitution.

how would you word those topics as they are quite correct?.

@EL_Duderino68 Its a fair description for shutting down reliable sources of power before a new one is reliable.

@EL_Duderino68 RE...So you agreed with my other 2 points? Maybe read my post again. Is (Energey Madness) the way a news station reports news?. *how would you word those topics as they are quite correct?.*< I'm referring to 'Energy Madness being a fair description for shutting down reliable sources of power before a new one is reliable. 'Climate Alarmism' speaks for itself, as anyone can see that the climates changed, but it was going to change anyway regardless of humans. 'Nanny State', this has been used to describe any state or country that is considered to be over regulated, so i think its an ok description.

@After_Pasta RE.... scientifically speaking they are incorrect -- You don't explain how or why its a 'fair description' just asset it as a fact?< was david beams speaking scientifically, or giving an opinion?. As stated elsewhere, Climate madness is a fair description for shutting down reliable sources of power before a new one is reliable. There is a difference between climate change, and climate change alarmism. People with common sense can see for them selves that the climates changed. But its mainly people who want to undermine capitalism and western culture, that push climate alarmism. Which includes the World Economic Forum. When it comes to 'nanny state', its more the use of the term i agree with.
