  1. Couple of things to consider. There are more jobs right now than people to work those jobs. Every employer I come across, and I work with many everyday. They’re all looking for someone to show up on time and work while getting paid. Until you’re on the other end. You have no idea how hard it is to find people to meet these two very basic requirements. Work ethic isn’t something that was taught to many of the younger kids. You all can argue and provide your one off. But until you’ve spoke with hundreds of business owners and employers that all have the same experiences. Then you see the statistics and job reporting. It’s hard to argue. 1.) If you’re such a valuable employee that’s under paid. Why not leave and go somewhere where you’re appreciated and paid fairly for your skills? 2.) If all employers are looking for good workers. Why throw away good employees just to not be able to replace them? How does this make any sense? Does anyone ask themselves why would someone do this anymore? Or do you all just assume that if someone doesn’t give you what you want. They’re evil? Employees don’t think you all are evil. We just think you’re young and naive.
