This highlight how poorly we’ve educated out kids. Where were her parents for the first 18 years of her life? Who lied to this girl, so much, that she’s left confused by a routine work related experience? Terribly sad.

Yes, with the companies previous expectations you were “meeting expectations”. New expectations are much higher. You’re no longer meeting them. When you need a list of occurrences to remember when you were late or missed. You’re the problem. I know it sucks to hear. Internalize, learn, move forward and do better. This shouldn’t be that difficult. Sure, it’s not fun. But make a positive out of this. Don’t give future employers a reason to not higher you.

@Cheeseatingjunglista I didn’t see leadership in that video…. Oh, you’re taking the person who let go to guess their termination reason. Even though one was given to her. That makes complete sense and now creates credibility.

@Drake33333 being held accountable to new standards is something new? What kind of blessed utopian day care do you work in where performance and expectations aren’t expected? This is why other country’s hate is. We’re lazy, spoiled and entitled kids that think everyone should test them like there mother and only see the hood in them. You all are so poorly prepared for reality.
