When was the last time you were in a Walmart and found someone that was worth 15.00? I can’t remember the last time I found someone helpful in a Walmart. We have over 10 million available jobs. Just saying…..

@MidwestMoneyMindset Sounds like I might have been referring to you. You can’t say, “pay me more then I’ll work more”. As someone that’s hired and trained countless people. I’ve never seen it work out. It’s also always stated by the least productive employees. Employees of value provide my work than wage. That’s why they’re in demand and will either get more money or go someone where they’re appreciate and pay for the level of work they provide. If you ram a business would you say, you need to pay me more before I XYZ? No, you agreed to do a specific job for a specific wage and I’m sure you’re employer isn’t getting what you agreed to, based on your reply. Good luck with that mindset. I’ve never seen it pay off in 30 years. Maybe you’ll be the first. 👍🏼

@scifirealism5943 Not the trades. Unfortunately you have to work while on the clock and your unable to play on your phone. Wonder why we have suck opportunities within the trades???
