  1. No, they aren't. If the Republicans are in control, then bad things get done very very quickly and efficiently. If the Democrats are in control, they nominally try to do good things, but they don't get done. It is kind of like voting for not moving at all, rather than voting for driving off the cliff.

  3. And they are obstructing the judicial nominations from their own districts aren't they? I would like to see how many Democratic districts actually get judicial nominations through as opposed to Republican ones.
