  1. The corporations and the rich ALREADY HAD CAPITAL, and they were NOT USING THAT CAPITAL FOR CREATING JOBS. Why? The poorest and middle class did not have the money, and therefore there was no PROFIT to be had in investing that capital. Instead they used that capital to "invest"in dirivitives and resources like oil, which only served to push up the price of housing and resources, which created an inflationary pressure without actually creating jobs, and skimmed MORE money out of the pockets of us
