  1. The more that is covered up, the less sensitive people get. Who is turned on by a scantily clad manniquin? Only those who are not used to looking at the female form. This is why in certain countries the women are not safe unless all dressed in black burqas. Because the men are not used to seeing women, and it drives them crazy, while in Brazil for example, the women can walk on the beach wearing dental floss and nothing else, people look, but they have seen it all before, and it is no big deal.
