@FitoSaav She'll take THAT too. That's what happens when you act like a jerk. The people who you surround yourself with tend to be jerks too.

I think I have worked this out. If the Hulk Hogan character is owned by the WWE, he would not recieve a CENT of the money that using his likeness would bring, it would all go to the WWE. So in order to claim any kind of compensation, he HAS to go the "humiliation" route.

@calikid05 I would not put it past them, it would provide a really good explanation as to why he sued for humiliation instead of intellectual (?) property

@ncub8 I heard something about that. Maybe there is some kind of complex legal technicality that WWE can get him on if he goes through with a lawsuit about his name and likeness. The lawyers for the WWE are quite devious.

@DidntKnowWhatToPut1 The thing is, that he does not HAVE to claim humiliation. He owns the rights to his likeness and his character. Unless, of course, his "hulk hogan" character is actually owned by the WWE and he would not get any of the money from merchandising rights...

Hulk Hogan is a dipshit, but he is in the right in this situation. Hulk Hogan's face and likeness is his livelihood. However, this is not humiliation. The thing that is MUCH more humilating is that Hulk is pretending to be hurt. THIS IS NOT PRO WRESTLING HERE, where you can simply "play the victim" this is REAL LIFE.

@m22k3yt Well his problem is probably that his wrestling character of Hulk Hogan is probably owned by WWE, and he can't sue them over using a character he does not own, so he is going the "humiliation" angle. Because, legally, he does not have a leg to stand on.

@m22k3yt And you won't like Marvel when they're angry...
