  4. *****  But without demand, the millionaires would not have their millionaires. Demand creates jobs. Those businesses frequently start with just one guy in his basement, like Steve Jobs with Apple or Zuckerberg with facebook or Sergei Brin with Google or Henry Ford. They weren't millionaires when they started, they were backyarders with a market that they understood.
