  4. This is nothing more than media spin. Whilst some No.10 staff may of had a few drinks and some nibbles, neither Boris or any member of the government attended or had any knowledge of it. What people fail to realise is that No.10 is huge and has over 100 rooms, Boris has a flat on the third floor. How could anyone be expected to know whats happening in all 100 rooms, all of the time ? The other irony is that No.10 is one of the most heavily guarded places in the UK and none of Police on duty heard anything either.
