  1. It was a work leaving do, which is not and has never been a party. I have attended many such do's and never once did I or anyone else who attended consider it was a party. In some cases it was something I fell obligated to attend.

  5. At work with work colleagues, so what ! Had it been a cup of tea and a bun, would that be different ?

  6. Those that attended all worked together anyway, so where was risk ? At the garden party there was a lot of social distancing and they were outside.

  7. Obviously not, most people were on furlough at home, not having to work and getting on full pay. Thats better than any leaving do !
