  1. They were blamed for the increase in inflation and that was due to events they had no control over, so its only fair that they take credit for the fall. The public are largely fools, they complain but do little to help themselves.

  4. Next summer at the earliest and then only very slowly. However events in the Red Sea are worrying and have the potential to increase prices of many things and cause inflation to rise again. So much of what causes inflation to rise or fall is outside of this or any governments control.

  7. Hopefully yes, I want interest rates to remain at their current level for as long as possible. Oil prices are set to rise due to problems in the Red Sea which effect so many things.
