  2. Absolutely and there is still a very along way to go. Having spent my working life in Banking, I can remember in 1979 when base rate peaked at 17%.

  4. Im pleased, we need a return to reality not the artificially low rates of recent years. I look forward to further increases this year and next levelling out @ 5%. In 1979 it peaked at 17%.
