@BlookbugIV Good point. And it's true to say that the Norman French still rule the nation, via their descendants nearly a thousand years on.

@uxb1112 Hahaha! Amazing how others can read into comments things that just aren't there... I have no ire whatsoever, so I'm calling out your projection! Indeed, I'm rather amazed and even perhaps a little proud that the Norman French influence has been so continuously robust in Britain. I confess, I don't know what a 'Norman French household' is, but I'd bet that you've not spent the years that I have in UK genealogical research (and with direct lines to the original Norman French - 1066 and all that!).

@FRUElimLDRvideos Well....perhaps not entirely eradicated, we need a few hotheaded loonies to ginger us up a bit and give us a brief (very brief) pause for thought occasionally. Let all seven of them meet, 3rd Sunday lunchtime of each month in some half-forgotten old working mens' club (specialising in warm beer and mature ladies who take their clothes off to music) in the wilds of West Yorkshire - where they can continue to improve the world and zealously campaign for refrigerated beer cellars.

@FRUElimLDRvideos PLUS! I'm not too sure that the 'radical left' is a viable entity anymore. Their sway may well have peaked - they were thoroughly trounced in the last General Election; their ringleader, the biased BBC, is on the brink of being forced into a major de-lefting sanitisation and de-funding programme, Keir Starmer is a lacklustre leader for anyone anywhere on the leftist spectrum, statue topplers have been prosecuted, and the majority of the nation just laughs at them...
