As the RAF is getting rid of a lot of aircraft (odd considering the govt want to project more power overseas) so I wouldn't bother applying to to RAF any time soon.

@musajaved9862 I wouldn't go that far, every country has done harmful things to others, and it's own people, at times. If you're talking about the Peterloo Massacre though, I'd agree that was wrong, if maybe not truly evil.

@OPSAT Unfortunately, Russia has found a rather successful way to project it's interests abroad and thus should be treated as a great threat to all democracies. Well, two ways as it invades it's neighbours as well.

@musajaved9862 The list is not endless. Civilian deaths are very bad yet are sadly inevitable in conflicts. The UK at least tries to limit them and admits, mostly, when it has failed and gives recompense - not that that is enough. Other nations do not even bother to do this much. You might point your ire in the direction of those nations and peoples too. Maybe you have done s elsewhere.

I guess there's a lot of transferable skills from army to navy - it's all just a bit more wet at sea.

@ca9968 Pull a 'Biden'? He's only been President for a couple of months. Am I to assume you prefer the Trump approach of self-inflicted tax rises to your own population through tariffs? Maybe Biden should withdrawl from the western pacific regionas Trump withdrew from Syria?

May never win another conflict ALONE. The UK will also be losing influence outside any actual conflict too. For at least 4-5 years anyway. A new govt may regain our international influence and trustworthiness. The current one would have to perform somersaults to regain trust after cheerfully breaking it's own, and international, laws. All that said: just don't go to war alone if that's the case. How's that for sovereignty?

@whitesun264 It's a threat to UK interests which admittedly is a rather all-encompassing area. The UK already took it's eye off the ball, now playing catch up.
