  4. Especially seeing what the UK Police and Coast Guard were up against. Maybe send a ballistic sub too. Athos was French Gendarmerie, slightly different from French Navy yet this won't matter. The other French vessel wasn't in their navy either. If the French don't like the UK going back on treaties then they shouldn't make treaties with them. Their fault for being so gullible!

  8.  @maelc8168  Yeah I know, I have a confession - I'm being purposefully dumb. I know the UK isn't keeping it's word and is now happy to break treaties and laws it signs up to. I'm very unhappy about the way my country has gone and how voters don't appear to be too bothered.

  9.  @danielkrcmar5395  I'm being silly.I was trying to elicit the response that much of the UK's electricity generators is mostly foreign-owned. I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out this Jersey fishing drama hasn't been concocted to coincide with the elections the UK held yesterday.

  10.  @jacob3966  I don't think we can hold ALL the French Govt responsible for the elctricity gambit. Just like The French shouldn't think the entire UK govt is responsible for breaking treaties it's just negotiated and wishing to break International law.
