Russian MoD accuses Ukraine of shifting blame in Kramatorsk strike Russia’s Ministry of Defence has claimed Ukrainian authorities uploaded photos to social networks of Tochka-U launchers allegedly at Russian-Belarus “Allied Resolve-2022” drills - to try and transfer responsibility to Moscow for a missile strike which killed at least 39 people in Donbass Friday. The Tochka-U missile is not used by Russian forces and was not part of the 2022 joint military exercise with Belarus, the Ministry said in a statement. The Russian leadership insisted that the Tochka-U missile systems are used exclusively by Ukrainian forces and suggested the strike was performed to derail a mass evacuation effort at Kramatorsk.
