  4. Yes, Joan. You're right, though there are very few other options to go to. Even places that used to be fairer towards wealthy people, like; Monaco, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Anguilla etc. have all been becoming more authoritarian in the last 8 years, and especially in the last 3 years or so.
