  1. ⚡️Putin will not go to South Africa for the BRICS summit in August - the administration of the South African President. Lavrov will represent Russia instead. Unclear whether this has anything to do with the illegitimate International Clown Court warrant for arrest. The leaders of China, Brazil, India and South Africa will be in attendance.
