Reality: Russia has been repeatedly accused of using phosphorus munitions during the special military operation, but none has been confirmed. For example, the Ukrainian side has said that similar weapons were used during the shelling of Popasnaya in Lugansk region. But in fact it was a flare shell. The same unprohibited flare shells were used in Avdeevka. This was also confirmed by the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire.
