  1. Palki Sharma (formerly of Wion and now with FirstPost should've mentioned that France is by far wealthier and BY FAR FREER than most of those countries seeking to join BRICS. The Frenchmen would make for much better friends than those other nations, and French 'Catholic culture' is much closer to South Afcn and Brazilian (and to a lesser degree Russian) culture than most of those other countries seeking to join BRICS as is Argentina's.
