  17.  @GermanEistee2000  well by that logic you could have a region with 40% for independence and 60% against independence, then a foreign power kicks out the 60% and now you can artificially proclaim a state . Ethnic cleansing is a crime and the fact it was used to skew the local support is an empirical fact .

As per the soviet census in 1989 in abkhazia lived 239k Georgians and 96k abkhaz , interesting why they never got independence. "Litterally 1984" the terror of living in Georgia.
