  1. Did you understand this story? The 'laptop class' are able to claim more cents on the dollar now. This is a benefit to them. I own a building business. I work a lot from home. I may spend up to 5 or 6 hours per day organising jobs, quoting, invoicing, payrolls, paying taxes, etc Heck I can claim this time in writing this comment to you if I like. And now I can claim more. This is a win for the at home worker. Who claims coffee anyway?
