  3. J P They pulled over a guy doing 140 and recognised him as a bloke with a long record and then they found drugs on him and were impounding his vehicle. Their failure was making the situation safe for all involved and then a meth head truck driver with a cab full of ice who was doing 100 in the breakdown lane smashed them. Some coppers are arseholes sure. Arseholes want authority so they do gravitate towards authoritarian roles. But jeez I know and have met some good coppers in my life who only want to help and assist. I suggest dickhead coppers and you would get along fine.
