There was no 2nd debate because Trump allegedly got coronavirus, and then wouldn’t provide a negative test. Then when faced with a virtual debate he refused. I believe he refused because his only tactic in debate is interrupting and that would have been stifled if done virtually. But just remember. It was Trump that denied the opportunity for a 2nd debate.
